"Disappointing!"
A review of Haywoods Speciality Sandwiches by Anonymous - Tuesday 9th of October 2007
We had used Haywoods for quite some time and then the service totally changed.
We were told delivery is a courtesy and not part of the service (there had never been a problem in the past)
Our staff when checking the order were accused of shouting at Haywoods.
The end of the conversation was something along the lines of 'we are the cheapest in Derby so what do you expect'
This is a big shame as we never had a problem with the actual catering- just this objectionable woman with NO customer care training or experience! We will never use them again because of the way our staff were treated.
My advice, look somewhere else.
