"A waste of time!!!"

I called the number, entered lots of push button options about my query, trying to speak to an advisor as my tax code is wrong. Finally offered me an advisor option, then it disconnects you and tells you to call back later as experiencing high call volumes at the moment. Tried several times, and its annoying, time consuming and a waste of money!!.
