"Home delivery flops again"

I had a home delivery this morning from the sinfin store,over £10 of goods were missing,phoned the main asda custoomer centre who said they will sort it with sinfin store who will call me back, i'm still waiting and its nearly end of the day,surely it doesnt take so long to find out where your goods are or issue more asap,but no contact,huh! i wont be ordering from asda home delivery again, this is the 2nd week running, as they made a mistake last week too and i'm still waiting on a refund there, not good enough asda,poor service loses customers.
