Prepare to party as Funky Club Fitness are bringing the latest concept of fitness classes to Derby!

We combine a Boxing & circuit Class along with a high impact aerobic workout, all within a one hour session. There really is something for everyone, funky music & a range of options adapted to suit different needs & levels …… all under one roof! …….. Its What Derby’s been waiting for!

What can ‘Funky Club Fitness’ offer?

Our class offers an ideal opportunity to improve stamina, tone muscle, promote endurance, help weight management and improve all round fitness - as well as being a great way to relax & have fun in a stylish nightclub environment in the heart of the City Centre.

Popular with sports men & women, its a high power, high aerobic class that requires participants who are passionate about getting fit while having fun!

There is an information leaflet, Posters, flyers for the event & a PARQ attached for you to complete & bring with you
