"Are the phones disconnected?!"A review of Royal Mail by Ringring - Monday 9th of November 2009I have tried to call the enquiry office 8 times today and let the phone ring for ages each time but no one picked up and I was unable to leave a message. Now I will have to go all the way into town to see if they have a parcel there. Can't say I'm impressed - hardly good for the environment if you have to make an unnecessary drive, and a complete waste of my time if the parcel isn't there. |
