"New Warehouse 1904"

A review of Co-operative Society Ltd (Midlands) by Rod Hudson written on Tuesday 7th of January 2014

In 1904 my Great Grandfather , Joseph Hudson, President of Derby Co op, opened a New Warehouse.

I possess one of the Silver Keys that opened the Warehouse door.

Joseph Hudson's speciality was the Building Committee.

I understand that there were a million pounds worth of goods in the warehouse - a fabulous sum for those days !
