We have looked into and investigated the complaint you have made towards Howdens Derby, we can see you have been a valued customer for the last 2 and a half years on your personal account, on both of your transactions.

With regards to the Howdens Trade Day, in the terms and conditions of the offer, we do have a minimum spend of £0.01, or alternatively at the managers discretion.

With reference to the food, for any inconvenience caused we would be willing to deliver a free fish and chips for yourself, or a breakfast cob, with in the Derby area. (T&Cs Apply)
