"Not really good enough for 1 star"

We have been using this kennels for 15 years and had no problems.

New owners from April 2016.

We picked our dogs up on 30/8 after a short stay and their appearance was of uncared for dogs ,stinking of urine and dog poo our GSD had sores on the pads of his paws which appear to be urine burns(our vet will confirm this).

The girl we spoke to seemed unbothered-needless to say we wont be using them again..
