"Parking on Hulland street"

Every Thursday I have to drop my partner off at Hulland street for appointment at St. Andrews House! There are a few parking spaces she is disabled and has a blue badge! So we can park for free! There are ALWAYS Royal Mail vans parked there often 3-4 vans! I have to return 45 minutes later and again there still vans parked there! I have to park half on the pavement! Everytime I pass the entrance to the Royal Mail car park there are ALWAYS empty spaces! I will be taking this further!.
