Hey dave this a local shop who work really hard to serve the general public, ive been to the shop the staff are really friendly better service you would get at any of the bigger stores. You must have a big chip on your shoulders. Get a life and complain about things that matter,e.g the youth of today and the problems the shop staff face day in and day out!!!!!!!!.
