"Helpful recovery"

On Tuesday 23rd January I broke down at junction 27 on the M1 and had RAC come out to me to tell me that my car had to be transported home. I then received a phone call from a lady from Burrows recovery at 11pm who said they would be 30 minutes till someone could get down to me, she also told me that if anything happened whilst I was waiting for the recovery to call her and she gave me a direct number I could get her on which made me feel a lot safer as I was in the middle of nowhere. They arrived at 11:30pm the exact time they said they would be there and the guy called Mark put my car on the truck and let me sit inside the truck to get warm, he then took me to the garage in Sheffield and was very chatty and nice and made me feel safe. I would like to thank Burrows Recovery and especially Mark for looking after me and I would definitely recommend..
