"Over and Above expectation"

I have just got a book made up by John E Wright in Derby and the service was over and above my expectation.

The staff at the derby location are always helpful and on this occasion it was no exception.The gentleman helped me there and then to get the pdf"s just right and had a sample made up within hours.

I am delighted with the result and the cost was good too..
