Possibly the last traditional model shop in Derby in terms of range and types of models stocked I have been a loyal customer of theirs since 2009. Have never felt let down in any way ever since my first visit and their emphasis on being a family business is strong and admirable. One is truly left under the impression that Poyntons genuinely cares about each and every customer as an individual when questions arise or one asks about items in stock - or when they will be stocking items. Looking forward to seeing them again when lockdown restrictions permit!.
