"Carried out work without permission"

Took car for MOT went to pick it up and had a bill for £250 for new discs and pads. Nothing wrong with the old one's plus there was no phone call to say they were going to do the work!

Complained and was offered £100 without question. I have since heard he try's this all the time.

PLEASE DON'T GO!.
