"What is happening with letter post in shelton lock,boulton lane"

I have been waiting weeks for items that have been sent to me. I have not seen a postman on a regular basis since before even Covid. What the hell is going off? You say that derby are working, as normal .I think not, by a long chalk. No management or what.?.
