"Told to go home and called for 55 minutes before being disconnected TWICE"

A review of Derby Citizens Advice And Law Centre by Mary Walsh written on Monday 26th of September 2022

I tried calling twice. Sat there waiting for 55 minutes the first time before being disconnected. Second time was around 50 minutes. I then tried turning up and was told "This is not a walk in centre - go home and call"

This is exactly what i did. So i am looking for an alternative place for help.

Called several more times - to no avail.

So SAD.
