"Sorry we 'Missed' you !!!"

Expecting a parcel today. Wife and Children were in all morning. If the delivery person knocked on the door they must have missed. Instead we get a 'Sorry we missed you' card and the joyous information that they will be safely holding our parcel, which should be safely in my house had the delivery person given a sh**t, for 48 hours.

So it's a trip to Midland Road now, dodging the Traffic Warden's to try and retrieve my parcel.

This has happened several times and I can only presume it's a time saving scheme to meet targets.
